2.How To Make Your Hair Extensions Last Longer？

1.Let the licensed stylist to install the hair extensions for you.
2.Brush your hair extension twice a day to keep hair extensions clean and untangled.
3.Use a lace to tie your hair up in a ponytail or bun for your prebonded hair extensions when you exercise.
4.Brush your hair before you sleep reduces the number of tangles you'll wake up to find in your hair. You can also put your hair in a loose braid or ponytail. Or get yourself silk pillowcases to minimize the tangling during the tossing and turning at night.

3.How many pieces Hair for one head？

Normally 2packs are enough for a full head, at most 3packs.You can always use the leftover hair later.

4.Can I dye the hair extensions?

we recommend that it is best to dye from light color to dark color. Because we dyed and bleached the hair extensions to make sure the color of each pack is same. The dyed hair is difficult to bleach, but the bleached hair can be dyed into any color.We do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. Dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your hair extension and possibly cause damage if not done correctly. We also recommend not lightening or using any bleaching agents. 

5.Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says？

Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different color.

6.How Long Does our Hair Last？

Our Hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. If you take good care of the hair, it last for over one year.

7.How to care hair extensions?

Sleep: 
-Brush your hair, put it in a plait to sleep.
-Never go to bed with wet hair.
Comb:
-Choose wide-tooth comb and natural brush.
-Brush the hair from bottom-up.
Style:
-Can only be dyed to darker color.
-The temperature should be below 356 ℉.
-Frequently styling will shorten the life. 
Wash:
-Use a mild neutral sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, and use cold or warm water.
-Wash the hair every 1-2 times a week.
-Every 1 to 2 weeks, use hair mask or essential oil to deeply nourishing.

8.What Type Of Hair Care Products Should I Use？

1.Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

9.How to make your hair extensions colors last longer?

Swimming pools and the sea
Excess heat 
Contact with perfumes and tan

10.Do I need to pay customs or import duty?

All international orders can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc, upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Lumenflow Hair.
