How long does shipping take?

For the products which are in stocks ：USA: 3-5 working days; International: 7-12 working days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries)
Some customized orders need 5-7 days before shipping.

How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

How do I know which color to choose?

If you are unsure on which colour will match you, feel free to send us an email to info@lumenflowhair.com of your hair taken outside in natural light and we would love to colour match you :)

The color is bleeding during the first wash; is that normal?

Washing may cause some excess color to come off, but this is normal and doesn't affect the quality or color of the extensions. Color bleeding may occur during the initial wash and last a few washes, especially for darker shades.

Will I be charged for customs & import duties?

If you are an international customer, then you will be charged for customs and import taxes. This will depend on the weight of your parcel and the country the parcel has been shipped to. LumenFlow is not responsible for any customs or import costs.

How should I brush my hair extensions?

Start brushing your hair from the bottom and then move slowly to the top. Always hold your hair extensions at the top firmly, before brushing to ensure you are not pulling too much on them.

How Long Does our Hair Last?

Our Hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care ofit for itto last longer
If you take good care of the hair, it last for over one year.

Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?

Diterent monitor have difteren displays. The same color number may have a litde color difterence You could dye the hair i you need dirterentcolor.
